Jake is 24 and a solid part of the REB Welding team. He works with aluminium more than anyone else and always puts the hours in to get the job done right.

If you require our site work, Jake’s the one you’ll see — he takes on-site welding and whiteworks conditions in his stride. Jake’s the type who won’t just do the job; he’ll think it through, find solutions, and make sure things get done properly.

He’s also improving his drawing and fabrication reading skills. When we’re doing final inspections for clients, Jake helps by labelling, checking, and matching drawings to the finished metalwork. It’s helping him understand the full concept of fabrication and become even stronger in his trade.
